Set to debut in April 2023, this property is located in Honolulu’s Waikiki neighborhood. The décor of the hotel’s 228 guestrooms draw inspiration from the Hawai’ian landscape and culture. The property will feature a coffee shop with retail store, tropical speakeasy and pool bar, and a restaurant specializing in made-to-order poke.

Located in downtown Charleston, South Carolina, the property is slated to officially debut in early spring 2023. The 25-guestroom property is housed in two original Victorian-style buildings, as well as a newly constructed building. In addition to guestrooms and suites, guests may also book residences for 30 days or more. On-site restaurant options include a French-inspired eatery and an oyster bar.

The Brooklyn hotel officially debuts in spring 2023. A first of its kind, the property is part hotel and part housing for graduate students at Bard College. The apartment-style accommodations are ideal for extended stays. The property boasts 118 guestrooms, a rooftop lobby with bar and restaurant and two rooftop terraces.

The Louisville, Kentucky, property plans to open spring 2023. Located in the trendy NuLu neighborhood, the new-build hotel from Bunkhouse group will feature 122 guestrooms, a restaurant, rooftop lounge, mini market and intimate bar.

Located in Estes Park, Colorado, the new Trailborn property opens in spring 2023. The first hotel from the new brand will focus on design-forward accommodations, experiential programming and thoughtful food and beverage offerings. Other destinations in the Trailborn pipeline include California, Arizona and North Carolina.

Opening spring 2023 in Detroit, Michigan, the boutique extended-stay concept will feature 118 apartment hotel units for short- or long-term stays. Housed in a historic building, guests may also enjoy two restaurants, a lobby bar and lounge, a bakery and rooftop event space.

May 25, 2025Delta Air Lines Adds Flight to Kona, Hawai‘i
From its Salt Lake City (SLC) hub, Delta Air Lines launches a new Hawai‘i route this winter. Starting this December, the airline offers non-stop service from Salt Lake City to Ellison Onizuka Kona International Airport at Keahole on the Big Island. Marking the airline’s 17th route from the U.S. mainland to Hawai‘i, the service will operate on a Boeing 767-300ER through March 28, 2026.
