Kimpton’s first all-inclusive resort officially opens within a 340-acre nature preserve in Mexico’s Riviera Maya. Kimpton Tres Rios – All Inclusive is the destination’s latest luxury property, spanning 335 accommodations.
The new hotel blends upscale amenities with immersive, nature-driven programming. Guests are treated to panoramic ocean views and elegantly designed rooms and suites, ranging from multibedroom suites to mangrove-view rooms to a presidential suite. Many accommodations also come with direct pool access.
Kimpton Tres Rios – All Inclusive also offers seven restaurants and five bars, including Italian fare at Bacetto and Japanese cuisine at Kotoro. Six of these restaurants and four of the five bars debut this fall. In early 2027, Mediterranean restaurant Elaia and adults-only rooftop bar Nebbia will open.
Anchored in an extensive wellness program, the resort’s 10,000-square-foot Kej Spa features hydrotherapy, massage and beauty treatments with rituals inspired by Maya tradition, including a signature cenote-themed treatment. Guests also have access to a two-story fitness center.
Event spaces for weddings and other celebrations provide both indoor and outdoor options. Four outdoor pools, a kids’ club, and surrounding rivers and cenotes make for family-friendly experiences, too.
