Reopening for the 2026 season, Grace Mykonos, a serene, design-led sanctuary overlooking Agios Stefanos, invites travelers to experience a quieter, more refined side of the island. As the Cyclades prepare for another sun-drenched Mediterranean season, Grace Mykonos, one of the island’s most iconic and long-established boutique hotels, welcomes guests back to a property that has become synonymous with refined island hospitality.

For years, Grace Mykonos has been a defining presence on the island’s hospitality scene. Combining elegant Cycladic architecture, serene interiors and highly personalized service, the hotel offers a timeless alternative to the island’s high energy beach club culture.

With 25 rooms and suites, Grace Mykonos retains the charm and intimacy of a private island residence. Expansive sea views, thoughtful design and attentive hospitality define the guest experience, creating a setting where understated luxury and authentic Mykonian warmth have welcomed travelers for many seasons. Each room and suite features a private terrace or balcony overlooking the Aegean, with select accommodations offering plunge pools and generous outdoor spaces to capture the island’s golden light and sea breezes. Whitewashed structures, soft neutral tones and natural textures create a calming environment inspired by the island’s landscape.

Located a short walk from Agios Stefanos beach and a five-minute drive from Mykonos Town, Grace Mykonos offers a nice balance between accessibility and tranquility. Guests can immerse themselves on the island’s vibrant energy, from the winding streets of Chora (or Mykonos Town) to Mykonos’ legendary beach clubs.

While Mykonos has long been synonymous with nightlife and glamour, an increasing number of travelers are discovering its more relaxed and refined side. With authentic villages, turquoise beaches and a rich cultural heritage, the island continues to evolve into a destination balancing cosmopolitan energy with moments of quiet retreat.

The property’s accommodation ranges from intimate sea-view rooms to expansive suites designed for extended stays. Categories include deluxe rooms with balconies; junior suites with plunge pools; and the spacious Grace Suite, offering sweeping Aegean views and generous outdoor terraces.

Throughout the resort, thoughtful details, from plush bathrobes and Nespresso coffee machines to high-speed connectivity and daily housekeeping, ensure comfort and contemporary convenience. At the heart of the hotel is ANAMA  all-day restaurant, where guests can begin the day with a sparkling wine à la carte breakfast before enjoying relaxed Mediterranean cuisine throughout the day.

The poolside bar provides an elegant setting for sunset cocktails overlooking the Aegean, while the hotel’s infinity pool and sun terraces invite guests to spend long, languid afternoons under the Greek sun.

For those seeking relaxation and renewal, Grace Mykonos offers a dedicated wellness area, including a treatment room, sauna and hammam, alongside a range of beauty treatments and holistic experiences to complement the island’s slower rhythms.

Reservations for the 2026 season run through Oct. 15.

Another Greek resort opens this season: a transformative, new, adults-only luxury retreat called Omeon Mykonos.

Omeon Mykonos officially debuts as a reimagined 5-star, adults-only (16 and up) retreat, following an extensive revitalization. The property, like Grace Mykonos, is also operated by SWOT Hospitality.

Omeon represents a deliberate repositioning, both of the property and of Mykonos itself. Conceived as a refined counterpoint to the island’s party-driven legacy, Omeon introduces a wellness-first hospitality concept for couples and culturally attuned travelers seeking privacy, atmosphere and meaningful escape. Operating through Oct. 15, the 38-room boutique retreat establishes itself not as a seasonal hot spot, but as a brand-first lifestyle destination shaped by architecture, spa culture and intentional service.

The new generation of traveler seeks duality: access to the island’s energy without being defined by it. Omeon captures this shift. Located close to Agios Stefanos Beach, just 2.5 miles from Mykonos Town, the property offers proximity without immersion, placing guests within reach of iconic beach clubs and nightlife while preserving an atmosphere of calm.

The rebrand of the property has been guided by a philosophy of the Omeon brand. With sea-facing terraces, generous proportions and uninterrupted Aegean views, space is the ultimate luxury. Across all 38 rooms and suites, tactile natural materials are favored, and the spa-inspired bathrooms are designed for sensory ease rather than spectacle.

Accommodation categories range from Island Gaze Rooms to the expansive Aeon and Omeon Signature Suites, many featuring private pools, plunge pools or rooftop hot tubs. The adults-only environment ensures an atmosphere of intimacy and cultivated calm.

At the core of Omeon’s identity is The Amuse Spa, which comes with an outdoor gym and yoga sessions. In contrast to traditional Mykonos hospitality, wellness at Omeon is integrated into the daily rhythm. Guests can move between a restorative spa offering tailored treatments and massage therapies, an open-air gym designed to embrace the island climate, and outdoor yoga space positioned for sunrise and sunset sessions.

For dining, menus and inspiration are rooted in elegant Mediterranean comfort cuisine, where simplicity, seasonality and the flavors of the Aegean take center stage. At the heart of the offering is Ora Mare, a relaxed yet sophisticated restaurant inspired by the rhythm of “the hour by the sea,” celebrating the region’s windswept landscapes, sun-ripened produce and coastal traditions.

Complementing the experience is Eos Bar, named after the Greek goddess of dawn, with an atmospheric poolside setting designed for sunrise coffees and sunset cocktails. Guests can begin the day with a hybrid breakfast combining a Mediterranean buffet and curated à la carte dishes, before enjoying an all-day menu of elevated comfort classics available throughout the property and via room service, and alongside a late-night selection crafted for guests returning from Mykonos’ vibrant nightlife.

Additional features on Omeon include expansive terraces and sculptural daybeds framing the main pool, and private sea-facing accommodation encouraging slower rhythms.
