On the cusp of our 10-year anniversary in February 2014, Global Traveler is also gearing up to celebrate our 10th GT Tested Reader Survey awards, our annual celebration of the best and the brightest in the travel industry as voted by our readers. The awards will be announced in the December 2013 issue.
In conjunction with this year’s awards, we are pleased to announce seven travel companies are contenders for GT’s 10-Year Hall of Fame awards. Should these companies win in 2013, they will have claimed these respective titles for the last decade and won their category every year since its inception. It is truly an accomplishment to be voted a winner consistently for 10 years by our knowledgeable, well-traveled and intrepid readers.
The nominees for the Hall of Fame are Singapore Airlines, Chicago O’Hare International Airport, Asiana Airlines (in two categories), United MileagePlus, Sheraton Hotels & Resorts, South African Airways and the Membership Rewards Program by American Express.
