One of Kempinski’s most distinctive palace hotels, the Royal Maxim Palace Kempinski, has just been rebranded as Kempinski Palace Cairo. Conveniently and centrally positioned in New Cairo, this 5-star property combines classic European elegance with the hospitality for which Egypt is recognized. Offering 245 swish rooms and suites, The Palace Spa by Resense, expansive event spaces, and a selection of culinary experiences, the hotel provides guest with a serene base that’s just 15 minutes from Cairo International Airport.
“The renaming of the hotel to Kempinski Palace Cairo marks an important milestone in the evolution of this remarkable property,” said Stefan Masche, general manager, Kempinski Palace Cairo. “The palace has always held a distinctive place in Cairo’s luxury hospitality landscape. With this new identity and the planned enhancements, our ambition is to elevate the experience further while honoring the architectural and cultural heritage that make this property truly unique.”
Beginning soon, the hotel will undergo a transformation that will touch key public spaces, lifestyle venues and guest accommodations. A main feature of the upcoming property renewal will center on new and augmented culinary concepts. These fresh venues will offer international concepts, refined dining experiences and vibrant social spaces to enhance the overall guest experience.
The renovation project will be led by the Organi Group through Organi Development & Investment, with Cairo-based design studio Hany Saad Innovations at the helm of the redesign.
Hany Saad Innovations has earned a reputation for its host of past projects across the Middle East and Africa, delivering modern luxury and elegant material palettes that embrace and maintain a sense of place and identity. Additionally, Egyptian firm El Ghoneimi Architects will be in charge of architectural development and planning.
