BEST AIRLINE CUISINE — FIFTH CONSECUTIVE WIN

For the fifth consecutive year, Alitalia received the award for Best Airline Cuisine in Global Traveler’s 2014 GT Tested Reader Survey. The prestigious award reaffirms Alitalia’s commitment to creating a superior dining experience inspired by Italy’s culturally diverse regions. When flying in Alitalia’s Magnifica class, the unique flavors and aromas of each Italian region are savored. Menus served on board are known for the quality and refinement in creating recipes that embody the authenticity, uniqueness and essence of Italian cuisine. The distinctive recipes created by the genius and imagination of distinguished Italian chefs are paired with wines selected by the Italian Association of Sommeliers (AIS).Alitalia cuisine

Master the Meandering County Louth Golf Club Along the Irish Sea

Those in the know refer simply to County Louth Golf Club as Baltray, but it can be quite confusing, as the tee marker logo reads “Baltray Links” and the scorecard logo says “County Louth Golf Club.” A rose by any other name, I guess? The location of the course proves prime for American golfers who collect courses they have played, like seashells on the beach. Baltray lies just 45 minutes from Dublin Airport and a mere 75 minutes from Belfast Airport ... maybe quicker if you have a heavy foot.
