In March, New York’s Chinatown neighborhood will welcome a new resident: a boutique hotel from the Joie de Vivre hotel group. Named 50 Bowery, the hotel will be situated in the heart of downtown Manhattan, near the corner of Canal Street and surrounded by some of the city’s most energetic areas like SoHo and the Lower East Side.
50 Bowery will feature a variety of guestroom options as diverse as the neighborhood itself, plus three unique suites. Guests can expect luxurious amenities as well as access to an outdoor urban garden/park of 5,000 square feet with views of the Manhattan Bridge, a fitness center and a communal workspace for those who just cannot close their laptops.
The hotel also boasts copious corporate and event space including the aforementioned roof terrace that can be reserved for private functions with the Manhattan skyline in the background. A private boardroom, meeting rooms and conference services are the cherry on top of a productive sundae.
