Lufthansa’s new travel experience on long-haul routes starts its scheduled service May 1. Allegris is the airline’s new cabin, marking a new era for Lufthansa. Allegris sees updates and changes to economy, premium economy and business class, with a planned first-class cabin later this year.
Lufthansa Allegris will fly from Munich (MUC) to Vancouver (YVR) via an Airbus A350, the first aircraft equipped with Allegris. The second destination for the new Allegris flight will be Toronto (YYZ), served alternately with Vancouver on selected flights during the first few months. As more A350s are delivered, the Allegris cabin will also be used on flights to Chicago (ORD) and Montreal (YUL) in summer.
Travelers can now view a seat map for all Allegris flights from May 1 in the same booking channels, which displays all of the special Allegris seats, especially the five options in business class. A photo gallery is also available with additional information on the various options. Guests who already booked these flights will be notified of their upgrade to the new cabin.
