Showcasing the natural ingredients and spices unique to the Hawaii’an Islands, the book is the first entry in a volume of cookbooks presenting culinary adventures tied to cultural destinations.

The book features enticing photos that explore exotic Tommy Bahama locales with an emphasis on foods, fine wines, and handcrafted cocktails. Flavors of Aloha contains more than 100 recipes including many signature dishes from Tommy Bahama’s restaurant menus.
