The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman recently announced the return of its The Ritz-Carlton Cayman Cookout, Jan. 14–17, 2027. The event will bring together some of the world’s most celebrated chefs, mixologists, sommeliers and culinary personalities for four days.

Hosted by Chef Eric Ripert, the three-night celebration will feature a lineup including José Andrés, Daniel Boulud, Emeril Lagasse, Andrew Zimmern, Clare Smyth and more as it enters its
18th year. Cayman Cookout is known for its incredible access to renowned chefs. More than 40 curated experiences throughout the weekend will include once-in-a-lifetime dinners, collaborative chef experiences, exclusive tastings, interactive cooking demonstrations and beachfront celebrations.
