The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman recently announced the return of its The Ritz-Carlton Cayman Cookout, Jan. 14–17, 2027. The event will bring together some of the world’s most celebrated chefs, mixologists, sommeliers and culinary personalities for four days.

“The Ritz-Carlton Cayman Cookout continues to set the standard for immersive luxury culinary experiences, bringing together an extraordinary community of globally celebrated chefs, mixologists, and discerning guests from around the world,” said Keisha Parcells-Robb, hotel manager, The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman. “What makes Cayman Cookout truly special is the rare level of access guests have to some of the most influential names in food and beverage, whether through intimate dinners, hands-on masterclasses, collaborative tastings, or spontaneous moments of connection throughout the weekend. Hosted by Chef Eric Ripert, the three-night celebration will feature a lineup including José Andrés, Daniel Boulud, Emeril Lagasse, Andrew Zimmern, Clare Smyth and more as it enters its

18th year. Cayman Cookout is known for its incredible access to renowned chefs. More than 40 curated experiences throughout the weekend will include once-in-a-lifetime dinners, collaborative chef experiences, exclusive tastings, interactive cooking demonstrations and beachfront celebrations.

New for 2027, pastry chef Eunji Lee will debut an exclusive pop-up pastry shop offering a limited-edition dessert experience. Additional programming details and featured activations will be announced in the coming months.

For guests looking to experience the festival Thursday–Sunday, the 2027 Cayman Cookout offer includes tickets for two guests to Thursday’s Barefoot BBQ, Friday’s Grown in Cayman and Saturday’s After Glow; five culinary demonstrations; daily breakfast for two; and round-trip airport transfers.
