Icelandair adds its latest destination to its North American network: St. Louis Lambert International Airport. The new service, running May 14–Oct. 24, 2027, links St. Louis, Missouri (STL), to Reykjavik, Iceland (KEF).

Service will operate three–four times a week on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday.

In addition to this new destination, Icelandair also announced an expansion of its partnership with Southwest Airlines. Southwest Airlines is the largest carrier at St. Louis Lambert International Airport, and the expanded partnership offers customers of both airlines convenient connections from North American destinations via St. Louis to Iceland and Icelandair’s other European destinations.

Icelandair also revealed its non-stop service between Madrid, Spain (MAD), and Reykjavik returns next year, operating two–three times weekly. This service restarts April 9 and will run through Oct. 25, available Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Here I was, immersed in history in 17th-century Bodysgallen Hall in North Wales.
