This fall, world-recognized conservationist Jean-Michel Cousteau leads cruises aboard the Aria Amazon with cycling and jungle expeditions to view wildlife. In the evening, Cousteau shares personal tales and insight regarding the preservation of wildlife habitats and fragile ecosystems, discussing topics such as the evolution of cultural traditions and the economic pressures that place the health of the environment at increasing risk.

This fall, Chef Pedro Miguel Schiaffino hosts two departures with expeditions to local markets and a cooking class. Schiaffino is chef and owner of Lima’s famed Malabar and ÁmaZ restaurants and consulting chef on the Aria Amazon. Aria Amazon sailings with Cousteau are Oct. 5–8, Oct. 5–12, Oct. 8–12; Schiaffino departures are Sept. 24–28 and Oct. 29–Nov. 2.

Also this fall, founder and CEO Francesco Galli Zugaro hosts departures aboard both the Aria Amazon and Aqua Mekong with kayaking excursions for wildlife spotting in the Amazon and cycling along the Mekong. Dates are Aug. 31–Sept. 4 aboard the Aqua Mekong, and Nov. 19–23 aboard the Aria Amazon.
