The Langham, Boston undergoes extensive renovations ahead of a 2020 re-opening. Before the property opens again in the summer, it will undergo a transformation of all guestrooms and event and meeting spaces, as well as the addition of new dining and drinking options.

Changes include a new lobby with a fireplace, ample seating and new concierge desk and check-in desk; a new Club Lounge; redesigned guestrooms with New England-style décor, bi-level living and sleeping areas and marble bathrooms; a restored Chairman’s Suite with a king bedroom, hardwood floors, living room and dining for eight; new ballroom space for 200; an extensive new art collection; a new destination bar with outdoor space; and more.

The hotel plans to retain its previous spa, fitness facilities and pool and pool deck.
