Noble House Hotels & Resorts, the family-owned boutique hotel brand, welcomes Chatham Inn Relais & Châteaux to its portfolio of unique properties. The previous owner and now co-owner of this award-winning property, Jeff Ippoliti, selected Noble House to co-own and manage the property, bringing the total number of North American luxury hotels, resorts and experiences for the brand to 24.

Chatham Inn Relais & Châteaux sits in the center of the charming seaside town of Chatham, Massachusetts, on a quaint street with unique shops. As the oldest operating inn on Cape Cod, this luxury boutique inn was built in 1830. Each of the hotel’s 18 rooms and suites, spanning 2.5 stories, now have high-end furnishings and textiles. All rooms include all of the luxury amenities you’d expect from a Relais & Châteaux property, many featuring fireplaces and luxury bathroom amenities like rain showers and soaking tubs.

Located in an ideal location on the Cape, guests have a short walk to the beach with the opportunity to explore more than 40 miles of national seashore and 60 different beaches. Guests will also have access to areas perfect for biking, boating, fishing and golfing.

The inn recently partnered with the Volvo Test Drive Program to provide guests the ultimate Cape Cod scenic drive for daytrips around the Cape in a brand-new Volvo XC90 Inscription luxury SUV.
