By 2021, a new The Ritz-Carlton property will rise from the heart of the luxury hotel corner of New York City, a neighborhood known as “NoMad,” or north of Madison Square Park.
Recently announced by parent company Marriott International, the 250-room, 16-residence property will take shape on the corner of Broadway and 28th Street. With a price tag of $500 million and a collaboration with Flag Luxury Group, the high-rise building will be designed by renowned architects and designers and will feature all the amenities The Ritz-Carlton guests expect, including its signature spa, fine-dining options and a rooftop bar with views of the Big Apple.
Alongside Ace Hotel, the new The Ritz-Carlton shares space in the former music district, which, in modern day, has become known for its plethora of boutique hotels, bringing restaurants, spas, shopping and attractions to the neighborhood between Sixth and Lexington avenues.
