Maintaining a healthy lifestyle while frequently traveling is challenging, but Marriott’s making it easier. The hotel’s eco-innovative Element brand is strengthening its fitness offerings in partnership with the Your Trainer app and MiiR Bikes, giving guests more ways to stay healthy on the road.

While the Element brand already offers wellness amenities such as natural saline swimming pools, large MOTION fitness centers and health dining options, the new offerings will allow guests to train any time, anywhere, with custom workout videos that can be adapted to meet individual needs. The hotel and Your Trainer app will create a new workout platform with educational and motivational content exclusively for Element guests. It will be like having a virtual personal trainer on the road.

Upon check-in, guests will be given a training card with a three-digit code. This code allows guests to set up a Your Trainer profile, gaining access to personal workouts. Workouts range from 10–12 minutes and include whole body circuit workouts, yoga and strength training.

In partnership with MiiR Bikes, Element will re-launch its kinetic bikes, which allow guests to power bikes as they pedal. The brand will also elevate its Bikes to Borrow program, which provides guests with complimentary bikes and helmets along with a local trail map.
