The Ranch Hudson Valley introduced its first-ever Experts in Residence experience, bringing leading voices in movement, beauty and longevity to the property for immersive, limited-time retreats to enhance The Ranch’s signature wellness programming. Guests now have access to trusted experts in the wellness space to learn new skills and tips to use in their everyday lives.
Experts in Residences is currently running its first programming, The Class x The Ranch Hudson Valley, which combines The Class, Taryn Toomey’s transformative movement practice designed to strengthen the body while freeing the mind.
Travelers can also check out the next experience, running March 8–12. This one, The Women’s Wellness Retreat Led by Tata Harper and Joy Bauer at The Ranch Hudson Valley, is designed to reawaken vitality with a women’s retreat led by clean beauty expert Tata Harper and leading health expert Joy Bauer. Guests will participate in The Ranch’s normal programming like daily hikes, fitness classes, yoga and massages, as well as the addition of a masterclass led by Tata Harper to experience a sensorial ritual with 100 percent natural formulas; a fireside chat and Q&A with Tata and Joy; a contrast therapy workshop for women explaining how, when and why women should do contrast therapy; vision-setting, breathwork and sound healing; and a curated meal by Joy.
