Hyatt Hotels launched its Zero-Proof, Zero-Judgment program to ensure alcohol-free guests can enjoy tasty and sophisticated drinks. Bartenders at Hyatt’s Alila, Andaz, Destination by Hyatt, Hyatt Centric, JdV by Hyatt, The Unbound Collection by Hyatt and Thompson Hotels all serve creative cocktails using zero-proof ingredients. Mixologists ask each patron questions, such as whether they prefer a sweet or savory drink and if they crave specific flavors, from chocolate to mango. Then they create a custom mocktail on the spot.
