Bicester Village, in Oxfordshire, England, launched a new initiative to redefine the boundaries of luxury retail and experiential travel. The destination has been at the heart of shopping tourism and is the No. 1 destination of its type in the United Kingdom, and is now ready to take on a new venture to inspire a new way to experience insider travel.

With a goal to inspire travels and tell unique travel experiences celebrating a place and its people, Bicester Village announced its new publishing project, an in-house newspaper, The Villager.  

The Villager will highlight where to go, what to eat, what to see, where to stay and what’s happening at The Village, as well as deliver hospitality with curated itineraries that go beyond what’s expected. Feature articles will include topics like the best places to eat in Marylebone before hopping on the train to Bicester, hidden gems in the Cotswolds, and more.

This publication marks the inaugural edition of a collection-wide initiative that will debut across the nine European Villages in the portfolio.

Along with the newspaper, the destination will release three limited-edition, two-day travel itineraries with features such as dining, fashion and countryside visits in London, Bicester Village and the Cotswolds. Each trip will highlight iconic landmarks and hidden gems to help travelers see the best of the best but also experience the location like a local.

Travelers can pick up their copy of The Villager and three exclusive travel itineraries at The Village News or at Marylebone Station all summer.
