More than 400,000 readers voted in Conde Nast Traveler’s Readers’ Choice Awards, and the results for the best domestic airline are in.
The survey was sent to readers asked to rank their airline experiences from 2018 in various categories, such as in-flight WiFi, comfort level of seats, most welcoming staff and even snacks.
U.S. airlines were ranked in following order: Alaska Airlines, JetBlue, Hawaiian Airlines, Southwest and Delta Air Lines.
As the fifth-largest airline in the United States, Alaska’s recent merger with Virgin America allows it to present the best of both airlines to travelers, including sleek new interiors coupled with Starbucks coffee served in-flight
At No. 2, JetBlue is proud to offer passengers free Fly-Fi, one of the sky’s fastest internet connections, as well as unlimited snacks. Hawaiian Airlines, meanwhile, boasts the most punctual arrivals of any other U.S. airline.
