The Woodward Geneva and Swiss International Air Lines recently launched a new collaboration to transport passengers to the counter of Michelin-starred restaurant L’Atelier Robuchon. As part of the SWISS Taste of Switzerland inflight culinary program, the partnership provides Business and first-class travelers on SWISS long-haul flights departing from Geneva and Zürich carefully curated menus inspired by the restaurant.

The partnership will continue for the next three months, with highlights including poached char with lemongrass sauce, sesame sushi rice, sugar snap peas and roasted squash in business class and veal fillet with truffle sauce, potato puree, stuffed piquillo pepper and herb salad in first class.
At The Woodward Geneva, L’Atelier Robuchon, led by Olivier Jean, guests indulge in a theatrical culinary experience showcasing the best of French haute cuisine with subtle hints of Asian influence and local specialties.
