Seagar’s Prime Steaks & Seafood debuted a new selection of dishes and drinks for the spring season. Located in northwest Florida’s largest full-service beachfront resort, the restaurant will include 10 new plate options and 12 new cocktails.
The restaurant, part of Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf Resort & Spa, also recently welcomed a new beverage director, Catherine Lien, to help bring new and creative ideas to the resort’s cocktail menu, beginning with Seagar’s. Newly appointed executive chef de cuisine, Fleetwood Covington, will ensure each dish highlights the designs and tastes of the region and season.

Some of Seagar’s spring menu items include Japanese A-5 wagyu, pan-roasted diver scallops, blue fin tuna tartare and fresh gulf grouper. To accompany these seasonal dishes, new cocktails like the Classy Lady cocktail, featuring strawberry-infused gin and elderflower liqueur, and La Flor Roja, a tequila blanco-based drink with ginger liqueur, will also debut.
Diners looking to have a special occasion at Seagar’s can choose to rent one of the five private dining spaces. Seagar’s even offers the rental of the entire restaurant for larger private receptions or events.
