Halloween is right around the corner. Everyone has their own tradition for celebrating the spooky holiday, whether you like scary movies, candy, dressing up in costume or all of the above. WalletHub recently released the results of its Best Places for Halloween 2019 list. The findings rank the best cities in the United States to celebrate. New York took the top spot, with Los Angeles, Boston, San Diego and Las Vegas rounding out the top five.
