Welcoming a Friend Home
Last weekend my friends and I planned a little get together at one of our houses to celebrate the homecoming of one of our friends. She had been living in a small village in Indonesia for a year teaching English, and she was so excited to finally come home. We thought, "What better way to welcome her home than to give her all the foods she missed while abroad, amongst people she loves?"

Busy Summer Weekends
I always find myself the most booked and busy during the weekends of the summer; which is ironic because it is supposed to be a season of relaxing on a beach chair, right?! I didn’t specifically mind this particular weekend, however, because I was booked tight for three different but equally wonderful events.
City Dining
One of the best parts of living in Philadelphia is the food scene. There is no doubt that, over the last 10 or so years, Philly has earned the title of one of the best cities for food, backed up by the number of famous chefs and restaurateurs who chose the City of Brotherly Love to open their restaurant and gift Philadelphia with their delicious love language.
