Wondering how to get to your overwater bungalow suite or beachfront villa estate in Bora Bora? Four Seasons Bora Bora just began offering private jet charters from Los Angeles to the island’s tropical shores. Aircraft Logix provides the service, with non-stop flights from the executive terminals at Los Angeles-area airports including LAX and VNY. Equipment includes Gulfstream G550s, with luxury VIP amenities that include club seating, couches, upscale bathrooms, separate cabin areas, individual monitors and entertainment systems, gourmet dining and cocktails en route. Once in Bora Bora, transfers to the resort are via yacht.

While you’re there, book a therapy at the award-winning holistic spa and healing center, where treatments feature French Polynesian ingredients including monoi, tamanu, kahaia and vanilla. To sample the best of everything the resort has to offer, book the Ashore Afloat escape (minimum five-night stay), a combined overwater and beach getaway. Sleep in an Over-Water Bungalow Suite for part of your stay, then transfer to a private villa on the beach with a private pool and tropical garden. The stay includes daily breakfast buffet for two at Tere Nui restaurant, a 10 percent discount on accommodations, daily meals, one-time private bar set up during the villa portion of the stay, shared round-trip boat transfers for Bora Bora Airport, customized villa pre-arrival planning consultation, shared daily personal assistance during the villa stay and seamless resort service coordination for accommodation moves between bungalow and villa.

Amansara Review

It was more than a car journey; it was a transition between worlds. At our first hotel in Siem Reap, huge coaches constantly pulled up outside the lobby to deposit or receive international tour groups; we departed in very different style, in a 1965 black Mercedes limousine once owned by King Sihanouk. The mundanities of mass tourism were left behind. We progressed through the chaotic Cambodian streets in regal comfort and soon arrived at a solid gate.
