Choices include a cup of freshly brewed Naturopathica tea of the day infused with healing tinctures; Aromatic Rose Geranium Soothing Mist & Lavender Honey Balancing Mist to peacefully awake the senses; a pitcher of fresh green juice with chlorophyll and coconut water to help make those high altitude adjustments; a jar of house-made granola with to-go bags so guests can fill them for a day on the trails or gondola; mini chili chocolates from the resort’s pastry chef with a spicy kick to help get you going in the morning; a selection of fresh whole fruit, including apples, grapefruit and oranges; and helpful stretch and yoga cards with tips to prepare your body and mind for a day filled with adventure.

Ulysses, a New Hotel by Ash, Opens in Baltimore

Hotelier Ash welcomes its fourth hotel, Ulysses, to its collection. Situated in Mount Vernon, Baltimore, the 116-room hotel features an all-day café and late-night drinking parlor. The new hotel lies within the historic, nine-story Latrobe Building, a former 1912 apartment building with an early Italian Renaissance design. The hotel earns its name, Ulysses, from a ship that brought Bavarian immigrants to Baltimore at the turn of the century. The name also pays homage to James Joyce’s legendary and revolutionary novel and to the Greek hero, Odysseus.
