Virgin America now flies from Los Angeles International Airport directly to Hawai’i’s Honolulu International Airport and Kahului Airport in Maui. Hawai’i is consistently ranked as the most-visited and most-desired destination for travelers who live on the West Coast, and Virgin America capitalized on this oft-traveled route, adding to its non-stop service from San Francisco (SFO) to Honolulu.
The daily flight will leave Los Angeles at 10:35 a.m. and arrive in Honolulu at 1:25 p.m., and the return flight will depart from Honolulu at 2:25 p.m., landing in Los Angeles at 10:55 p.m. Flights between Los Angeles and Maui will differ by approximately one hour.
Passengers flying between these two warm and sunny destinations will enjoy an entertaining and comfortable ride on the Airbus A320. The increasing availability of flight options between Los Angeles and Hawai’i means competition between airlines to attract passengers, and thus, potentially cheaper fares.
