Sustainable luxury resort brand Soneva recently unveiled four new transformative health and wellness programs at its Soneva Soul wellness centers in the Maldives. The programs range from three to 14 days and focus on the following themes: Foundation, Sleep, Detox and Time Rewind.

The programs offered at Soneva Fushi and Soneva Jani complement Soneva Soul’s holistic offerings including naturopathy, Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Spa treatments, regenerative therapies, yoga, meditation and movement classes are also available.

Foundation Program

This three-day program is geared toward travelers looking to reset and recharge. Itineraries are catered toward each guest’s needs. Options include acupuncture, cupping, flotation pod sessions and hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Pricing starts at $3,105 per guest.

Sleep Program

This program is available for seven (from $4,650 per guest) or 14 days ($11,295 per guest). The program focuses on targeted and cutting-edge sleep solutions including Ayurvedic Nidrasana sleep rituals, bespoke IV vitamin therapies and BEMER electromagnetic sessions.

Detox Program

Opt for a seven- (from $5,505 per guest) or 14-day ($13,170 per guest) version of this revitalizing program. Receive expert guidance on nourishing meals. The cleanse also offers treatments including constitutional hydrotherapy, lymphatic drainage massages, acupuncture, medicinal herbal baths and hyperbaric oxygen therapy.

Time Rewind Program

Available for seven- (from $6,533 per guest) or 14-day (from $15,821 per guest) sessions, this program focuses on naturopathic treatments for healthy aging. The customizable itinerary includes facials, massages, vitamin IV therapies and more.

All programs include pre- and post-treatment consultations to provide further guidance and are available through Dec. 17, 2024.
