In early 2025, Rosewood Mandarina in Riviera Nayarit, Mexico, opens to immerse guests into a lesser-known destination providing diverse environments and a range of activities. This property will mark the brand’s fourth resort in the country and will sit less than an hour drive from Puerto Vallarta International Airport thanks to a new and modern highway.
The all-suite resort will feature 134 ultra-luxurious accommodations, including three specialty suites and two expansive standalone villas. Each accommodation comes with its own individual plunge pool, large outdoor terrace, and custom-design elements created in partnership with local artists and artisans.

Multiple gastronomic experiences await, including a Japanese specialty restaurant, sunset cliff bar and more informal beachfront options. Four pools, a fitness center and signature Asaya Spa with 10 treatment rooms are also slated to join the resort. Child guests will love Rosewood Mandarina Explorers Club.
Guests of Rosewood Mandarina will enjoy access to an array of experiences and amenities, from horseback riding and polo matches to surfing and zip lining. Local flora and fauna grace the grounds of the resort, with protected areas for guests to watch both water- and jungle-dwelling creatures thrive.
