The ROMEO Collection will open its second project, ROMEO Roma, in Rome, Italy, this October. The property, situated within a historic palazzo dating back to the late 16th century, lies steps from Piazza del Popolo in the city center.
The 74-key hotel features views of Rome’s rooftops, as well as unparalleled service. In addition to views of the city, ROMEO Roma will be home to a gourmet destination restaurant, Neapolitan-inspired bistro, 22,000-square-foot courtyard with indoor and outdoor pools, and a rooftop lounge and bar. An international art collection and wellness center by Sisley Paris also joins the property this fall.
The Sisley Paris spa will offer phyto-aromatic treatments, a movement studio and fitness center with Technogym equipment. Guests will enjoy a changing collection of internationally curated artwork as well as sit-specific installations, including archeological ruins within the courtyard.
The on-site, fine-dining restaurant, Il Ristorante, will be overseen by Alain Ducasse. ROMEO Roma’s bistro and bar, Napoletano, serves as another dining outlet with Mediterranean-inspired cuisine. Throughout the property, precious Italian marbles and essences of wood blend old with the new, fully immersing guests in the vibrant culture of Rome.
The Romeo Collection currently features ROMEO Napoli and has plans to open ROMEO Massa Lubrense in 2024.
