AA Extends Bonus
American Airlines extended its promotion that doubles both redeemable and elite-qualifying AAdvantage miles on non-stop flights between Chicago (ORD) and Los Angeles (LAX) or San Francisco (SFO) and between Dallas/Ft. Worth (DFW) and Los Angeles or San Francisco. The promotion, previously scheduled to expire March 31, has been extended through June 30. This offer is limited to travelers whose registered AAdvantage addresses are in California, Illinois or Texas; prior registration is required.
topbonus Meets oneworld
The airberlin topbonus frequent-flyer program has introduced the topbonus Platinum status for its most active flyers, those who have collected 100,000 topbonus status miles within 12 months. This level offers privileges including Platinum Service with a personal customer service team, upgrade vouchers for business class on airberlin flights or a topbonus Silver Card for the member’s partner. The topbonus Platinum Card is equivalent to oneworld‘s Emerald status and allows the holder to use oneworld status benefits, including access to oneworld First Class lounges across the entire oneworld network. Gold status corresponds to oneworld’s Sapphire status; topbonus Silver Card holders now enjoy the same benefits as oneworld members with Ruby status.
Trump Card
Trump Hotels announced a new guest privileges program, Trump Card Privileges, with benefits beyond room upgrades and free hotel stays. Personalization and customization features cater to those seeking a highly tailored guest experience. Members create an online profile of personal preferences — room location, temperature, pillow, water brand, favorite magazines — that assures a completely customized stay at any Trump property. Benefits and services begin after just one stay and increase as guests accrue stays over a 12-month period. Points Perks
The Hilton HHonors program added new benefits for Gold and Diamond members. When staying at Conrad, Hilton and DoubleTree properties, they now receive new on-property benefits including room upgrades at check-in when space is available, daily complimentary continental breakfast and 1,000 Bonus Points per stay.
