The iconic Pebble Beach Resorts announced an exciting addition to The Lodge at Pebble Beach, set to debut in August.

The aptly named Fairway One addition will add 38 guestrooms, including 30 guestrooms in three two-story buildings and eight rooms in two four-bedroom golf cottages overlooking the first fairway of Pebble Beach Golf Links. The Fairway One complex will include a new meeting facility and a 2,500-square-foot meeting room.

“The Lodge and Pebble Beach Golf Links are where our story began in 1919, and now, as we approach our 100^th anniversary, the addition of Fairway One will help us continue that legacy for the next 100 years,” said Bill Perocchi, CEO, Pebble Beach Company. “Our guests will find that Fairway One maintains the style, personality, and signature amenities and services that they have come to expect at The Lodge, while delivering a little more privacy and an upgraded experience all its own.”

Fairway One is part of a series of large upgrade projects taking place at the resort property, among them the phased renovation of all 454 guestrooms at The Lodge, The Inn at Spanish Bay and Casa Palmero, and subtle restorations to Pebble Beach Golf Links. All enhancements are being completed in preparation for hosting the 2018 U.S. Amateur and 2019 U.S. Open Championships, as well as the celebration of the resort’s 100^th anniversary in 2019.
