Itineraries are based in Europe and the United Kingdom. The Mindset and Movement Retreat with Olympic medalist Leon Taylor takes place in Portugal’s stunning Algarve region, Oct. 5–12. Under the direction of Taylor and fitness pro Daniel Krokou, participants learn to lower and manage stress and increase mobility, stability and strength. Coaching includes sessions in fitness, yoga and mindset.

The Yoga Retreat with yoga coaches Matt Huy and Saz Newman, held Oct. 12–19, offers daily group yoga classes at Longevity Cegonha Country Club’s studio in the Algarve, along with beach walks, spa and gym access, as well as the option to book private yoga sessions with retreat leaders.

From Oct. 19 to 26, there’s a Yoga and Wellness Retreat with Yoga Master Trevor Laurency, offering an opportunity to enhance your yoga skills. This excursion will also be held at the Longevity Cegonha Country Club’s studio. Experiences include group walks, access to the spa, healthy meals and a stand-up paddle-boarding excursion.
