Pool-goers at MGM Resorts’ Las Vegas Strip properties can order their next cocktail, beer, burger and more from a smartphone and have it delivered directly to a lounge chair or daybed. Currently available at select properties, full access to the city’s first in-seat poolside mobile ordering system will be available at all Las Vegas properties by June 1.
Each seat is assigned a chair tag, number and unique QR code that, when scanned, opens a mobile ordering platform. Guests can personalize every aspect of their food and beverage order. At checkout, guests enter their seat number, name and payment information for the order to be processed. A confirmation screen will display the order number and guest name once payment is accepted, along with the option for a text or email receipt. An MGM Resorts employee will deliver items to the guest’s seat, ensuring a seamless process.

The service will roll out at The Signature at MGM Grand on June 1. Traditional ordering remains available, as well.
