Hotel Versailles is slated to open in May 2022 in downtown Versailles, Ohio. Guests wanting to escape big cities like Cincinnati and Cleveland can head to this small town in western Ohio. The 30-room property is just the latest hotel to grace the plot, with the building serving as the site of hotels since 1865.
The new hotel will blend elements of modernity with industry and machinery. The region’s rich French heritage will also play an integral role in the design. In addition to the 30 guestrooms and suites, the hotel will also feature a 350-square-foot Spa Suite for guests wanting the ultimate relaxation. The Spa Suite comes with an expansive bathroom with an oversized soaking tub, double vanity and designer bathrobes.
Executive Chef Aaron Allen will helm Silas Creative Kitchen + Cocktails, the hotel’s on-site eatery. The restaurant will serve seasonal dishes directly sourced from the property’s nearby Sycamore Bridge Farm, Winner’s Quality Meats and King’s Poultry Farm. Silas Creative Kitchen + Cocktails will be open for guests for breakfast, lunch and dinner, with seating in the bar, lounge, dining room and outdoor dining terrace.
The hotel will come with other exclusive amenities, including free parking, an updated fitness center and a local shuttle service, as well as programming featuring farm tours, cooking classes, outdoor activities, special dinners and tastings.
