Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab, Dubai’s newest resort icon, opens this March. The new property sits on the tip of Dubai’s largest private beach and will complete the oceanic-inspired trilogy with Jumeirah Beach Hotel and Jumeirah Burj Al Arab. The property’s superyacht-inspired design was created by world-renowned architect Shaun Killa, known for his previous work such as Museum of the Future, Dubai Opera and Jumeirah Burj Al Arab.

The 12-floor property offers 300 rooms and 86 suites, all reflecting styles of iconic boats. The two-bedroom presidential suite features the elegance of a superyacht with golden tones, a terrace with views of Jumeirah Burj Al Arab and a private plunge pool. The one-bedroom Royal Suite has a 3,000-plus-square-foot, wrap-around terrace with a private plunge pool. Guests staying in the Pearl Suite can expect a large terrace with panoramic views over Dubai’s shoreline.

Treat yourself to a relaxing treatment at Talise Spa, which spans more than three floors and features 12 treatment rooms, each with a private terrace. The wellness area also features a fitness center, hammam, sauna, steam bath, thermal sanctuary with immersive heat-based experiences and a 65-foot indoor pool.

Talise Spa also features a Mindfulness Suite with a zero-gravity experience to help reach deep meditation through vibrational frequencies and sound therapy. The Remedy Suite, meanwhile, is designed to optimize the body’s natural healing through Far Infrared Therapy, Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy and cryotherapy.

Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab will feature four pools and 11 dining venues, including The Bombay Club, adorned with emerald green, burnt orange and wood hues as a love letter to Bombay; Kira Japanese, offering a touch of Mediterranean flair; Rialto, a Venetian restaurant and bar; and Umi Kei, serving izakaya-inspired cuisine.
