Hyatt Regency recently debuted in Kerala, India, bringing the distinguished brand to one of India’s best-known cultural centers.
The property brings 77 guestrooms to India, joining nearly 200 Hyatt Regency properties around the world, including 12 in India.
“We are thrilled to announce the opening of our very first Hyatt Regency hotel in the beautiful and vibrant state of Kerala,” said Sunjae Sharma, vice president of India operations, Hyatt.
Of the 77 guestrooms, seven suites greet guests in addition to a presidential suite. In terms of dining, the Regency Café is open 24 hours and offers a menu showcasing local fare. Nougat, a secondary restaurant, offers a number of sweet treats and desserts. The property boasts 2,552 square metres of meeting and event space, including the Regal Ballroom, which accommodates up to 900 guests.
Wellbeing is at the hotel’s forefront, with an outdoor pool, fully equipped fitness centre and a wide menu of services available at Santata Spa.
