In early 2026, more than 5,500 former Vacasa homes across 24 markets were quietly taken over by an emerging brand. From beach destinations along Florida’s Gulf Coast to mountain getaways in Park City, Utah, these properties are now under Avari, formally launched this month.

Avari’s dedicated revenue managers continuously evaluate pricing, occupancy, booking pace, seasonality, local events and traveler demand to drive more dynamic pricing, generating stronger long-term returns.

As for guests, each home is thoughtfully prepared for arrival and stocked with amenities including linens, towels, and kitchen and bath supplies. Guests also benefit from seamless communication with the Avari team throughout their stay, from locally curated travel guides developed by Avari’s in-market teams to simplified check-outs (meaning there’s no need to strip beds, take out the trash or complete an extensive cleanup checklist). The Avari team will also work to provide enhanced amenities like beach towels, pet supplies, and family services such as cribs and car seats.
