John Hopkins Medicine experts will review and validate the Lead With Care program, which will then be implemented at Four Seasons properties around the world.
The Lead With Care program focuses on providing care, confidence and comfort to all guests, employees and residents in the new COVID-19 environment. Phase One involves a comprehensive review of the existing health and safety procedures alongside enhanced protocols. The second phase includes direct access to curated critical updates, relevant COVID-19 research outcomes and expert advice in real time with the John Hopkins Medicine International team.

- Each Four Seasons property appointing a Hygience Officer
- Rooms disinfected daily with EPA-approved products
- Public areas cleaned hourly with extra attention to frequented areas
- Kits placed in each guestroom including masks, hand sanitizer and wipes
- Restaurants and bars may operate with reduced capacity
- Four Seasons App and Chat provides real-time, contactless interactions with employees
- Training focused on educating and empowering employees to deliver the enhanced health and safety program

New research from the Global Business Travel Association shows a bit of optimism for the travel industry. GBTA conducted its seventh poll (since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic) of its membership May 13–15, and received 1,705 member company responses.
