This month marks the City of Miami Beach’s 100th anniversary. In honor of this historic milestone, Fontainebleau Miami Beach is joining in on the celebration with special offerings throughout the month of March. In commemoration of the centennial celebration, the hotel is offering a fixed-price dinner for two at the popular, on-site Michael Mina 74, or a lavishly curated cocktail at the iconic Bleau Bar concocted with some of the world’s finest liquors. Both are fittingly priced at $100.
The opulent American Riviera cocktail, at $100, includes Grand Marnier 100 year, Jack Daniel’s Sinatra Select, Agostura and Pyechaud’s Bitters, topped with Champagne.
Michael Mina 74’s Chef de Cuisine Thomas Griese was recently named one of Zagat’s “30 under 30.” Griese prepared a delectable menu priced at $100 for two people, excluding tax and gratuity.
