Make sure you catch the new pop-up cocktail lounge at Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara in Carlsbad before it’s gone. Starry Nights, located on the Seasons Restaurant veranda, is open through Jan. 31, 2020.

Starry Nights heats up the outdoor patio and covers the sky with twinkling lights. Seating options range from cozy, fireside selections to communal tables for groups, making it a great destination for either a group outing or a date.

The Starry Nights theme comes with two celestial-styled cocktails. The Luna Llena is named after the Spanish phrase for “full moon” and is a re-invented gin and tonic that features a smoked sprig of rosemary and a large ice sphere to mirror a full moon. The Nebula arrives at your table with a glass dome containing a cloud of applewood smoke. The smoke complements the cocktail’s apple brandy base and herbal notes from the Italian liqueurs.

The drinks are accompanied by a carefully curated selection of snacks.

“Starry Nights is our way to warm up the winter,” said Brandon Martin, mixologist, Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara. “We’ve created an elevated Four Seasons experience, both for local residents and our international guests.”
