Delta Air Lines is enhancing its fleet on some of the most popular routes. Among the changes are refreshes to the airline’s Boeing 777 and Boeing 767-400 fleets, which will get refreshed interiors ahead of the addition to more international routes from Los Angeles (LAX) and New York (JFK).

Delta’s Los Angeles–New York flights will now be flown with Boeing 767-300 aircraft. The airline flies from LAX to Paris (CDG), Shanghai (PVG), Sydney (SYD) and Tokyo Haneda (HND) using a fleet of overhauled Boeing 777 planes. These planes have four branded seat products, including Delta One suite, Delta Premium Select, Delta Comfort+ and main cabin.

Delta’s flights from New York’s JFK and Boston (BOS) to London (LHR) will use Boeing 767-400s. Starting in spring, Delta will fly a Boeing 767, JFK–Sao Paulo (GRU).

Delta also changed to an all-Boeing 767-300 fleet on its JFK–LAX route, which offers direct-aisle access to customers seated in the Delta One cabin and fewer middle seats and more space for passengers in Delta Comfort+ and main cabin seats.

Delta also revamped its international main cabin service, which features a focus on the carrier’s passengers through welcome cocktails, hot towel service, bistro-style dining and more.
