Set to open this summer, Appellation Healdsburg is the first new-build property of Appellation. Cofounders Chef Charlie Palmer and Christopher Hunsberger redefine the hospitality experience by incorporating food and beverage into many aspects of the hotel, from its design to public spaces.

The new hotel features 108 accommodations, immersing guests in the region by celebrating local flavors and craftsmanship. Guestrooms bring the outdoors in with alfresco balconies and terraces. Appellation Healdsburg will also feature three dining venues, including a signature Charlie Palmer restaurant, lobby bar and agrarian rooftop bar with panoramic vineyard views.

Other amenities include two pools with culinary gardens, poolside cabanas, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and a world-class Terroir Spa with an oasis courtyard and personalized wine country treatments. Crafted at Appellation, unique to the hotel, will provide more than 50 curated programs per year, letting guests and locals engage with local makers. Appellation Healdsburg will also offer the largest event space in the area, with 15,500 square feet across 11 unique venues.
