The journey to the hotel begins on a private boat through a 15th-century Gothic portal on the canal or walking through a discreet doorway into Santa Fosca’s secret garden. No matter which way you arrive, you’ll be greeted with a one-of-a-kind scene.

Once inside, the dramatic lobby provides a welcoming space fitted with old and new treasures. Once checked in, guests are led up the stunning octagonal staircase, an architectural masterpiece from the 19^th century. The first floor, often referred to as Piano Nobile, features a series of storied rooms designed for celebration and reflection. The beautiful Vittoria Ballroom, originally created for the wedding of Princess Vittoria Farnese in 1548, offers a spacious event space, while the Library of Cultures is an area to relax and reflect. The hotel’s Music Room highlights the spirit of Venice’s Golden Age.
