Baglioni Hotels & Resorts takes over the management of the acclaimed Masseria Muzza. The resort sits between Baia dei Turchi Beach and Alimini Piccolo Lake, offering both countryside and coastal views. Only 10 minutes from the hotel is the UNESCO Heritage City of Otranto, featuring architectural and cultural influences from the Greeks, Turks and Romans. Otranto also offers numerous craft shops, restaurants, a Medieval castle, a stunning cathedral and more.

Surrounded by five acres of countryside, the building of the new property dates back to the 17^th century, with the rooms spread out around the courtyard in the former stables and barns. The rooms feature high vaulted ceilings, as well as the original stone feature. Some of the rooms even include balconies and verandas overlooking the Alimini lakes. Other rooms feature great views of the sunset over the Mediterranean gardens, olive groves and Adriatic Sea.

Two restaurants located on the property offer Pugliese cuisine and outdoor dining. Guests can also take advantage of the infinity pool with lakeside views or spend the day at the hotel spa, which features a steam bath, 90-degree Celsius Finnish sauna, ice fountain, sensory showers and a fitness room.
