Part of the Destination Hotels collection, the Motif Seattle enjoys a terrific address in city center that’s perfect for walking to local sites. The property recently underwent a $10 million renovation of 319 guestrooms. Now, the award-winning rooftop bar and restaurant Frolik Kitchen + Cocktails welcomes a new team comprised of Laura Simpson-Eng as executive chef, food and beverage director Max Messmer and bar manager Chris Blakeslee.

The menus feature Northwest-inspired fare with decadent choices such as Foie French Toast for breakfast, made with brioche bread soaked in bourbon custard served with seared foie gras and blackberry compote; and dinner choices such as the Berbere Roasted Hen of the Woods served with Brussels sprouts, crispy chickpeas and Muhammara red pepper-walnut blend.
New specialty cocktails can be found on the Millionaires Menu, with showy choices such as the $128 Mogul’s Margarita, $200 Best Martini Ever and the $280 Beauty in Paradis, made with Hennessey Paradis rare cognac and Grand Marnier Centenaire.
