Autograph Collection Hotels, Marriott International’s distinctive collection of independent hotels, announced its debut in Oregon with the opening of Hi-Lo Hotel in Portland.
The boutique hotel is situated in the historic Oregon Pioneer Building, the city’s first concrete building constructed in 1910.
Hi-Lo Hotel perfectly encapsulates the Pacific Northwest, from its design and its modern art to its locally sourced food and furniture. The hotel offers the perfect jumping-off point to explore the dynamic city of Portland, its hiking trails, local art exhibits and lively food scene.
Each of the hotel’s 120 guestrooms and suites is outfitted with modern, organic furnishings and local handcrafted bathroom amenities. Guests can enjoy a cocktail at the Lo Bar or dine at the hotel’s signature restaurant, Alto-Bajo. Helmed by Michelin-starred Moto alum chef Chip Barnes, the restaurant features a menu developed in collaboration with famed Oaxacan chef Iliana de le Vega.

In addition to its unique setting and outstanding cuisine, the hotel offers complimentary WiFi, flexible meeting space, mobile check-in, in-room entertainment systems and a 24-hour fitness center. The hotel even welcomes pets with special amenities through a partnership with a local dog bakery.
