Wyndham Worldwide has been recognized by the Human Rights Campaign as one of the best places to work for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender equality. The brand obtained a perfect score on the Human Rights Campaign’s Corporate Equality Index for the sixth time.
The corporate equality index is based on several principles for equality and inclusion like workplace practices and programs aimed to support an inclusive workplace. The score reflects the brand’s continued commitment to diversity and inclusion with leadership support to employees, partners and customers.

The brand participates in a variety of programs to cultivate a diverse workplace from community support, associate business groups, customer focus, civic engagement, associate benefits and diversity and inclusion programs.
The CEI rates companies on specific LGBT-related policies and practices like non-discrimination workplace protections, domestic partner benefits, transgender-inclusive health care benefits, competency programs and public engagement with the LGBT community. The CEI has become the gold standard for corporate policies and practices related to LGBT employees and their families.
