Hilton HHonors and Philippine Airlines have teamed to allow members of the Mabuhay Miles loyalty program and Hilton HHonors to earn Mabuhay Miles and HHonors Points when they stay at any of the more than 4,350 hotels and timeshare properties within the Hilton portfolio around the globe.

“Travelers out of the Philippines are one of the fastest growing spenders among emerging markets. Their outbound expenditure grew 18 percent in 2013, making them the second highest in the list of top travel spenders,” said Mark Weinstein, vice president, commercial services strategy, loyalty programs & partnerships, Hilton Worldwide.

Through this partnership, members of both loyalty programs can select the Points & Miles Earning Style Option to earn Mabuhay Miles and Hilton HHonors Points when they stay at participating Hilton Hotels & Resorts. Members earn 10 HHonors Base Points, plus one Mabuhay Mile per eligible U.S. dollar spent on stays at participating hotels worldwide. Stays at Home2 Suites by Hilton are eligible to earn five HHonors Base Points and one Mabuhay Mile for every U.S. dollar spent, up to a total of 100 Mabuhay Miles per stay. In addition, members of both Mabuhay Miles and Hilton HHonors will also have the opportunity to exchange Points for Miles to redeem a flight reward with Philippine Airlines at increments of 10,000 Hilton HHonors points.

Through July 31, members of both Mabuhay Miles and Hilton HHonors can earn Triple Mabuhay Miles for qualifying stays at participating hotels worldwide. During the promotion period, members can earn 10 HHonors Base Points, plus three Mabuhay Miles (one base Mabuhay Mile and two bonus Mabuhay Miles) per eligible U.S. dollar spent. Stays at Home2 Suites by Hilton are eligible to earn five HHonors Base Points and three Mabuhay Mile for every U.S. dollar spent, up to a total of 100 Mabuhay Miles per stay.
