A Louis Vuitton-Designed Christmas Tree
Yep, you heard it right! This year, Claridge’s anticipated tree will be designed by Louis Vuitton and unveiled in the lobby Nov. 23, with illustrious names behind the inspiration of the tree’s design.
The hotel launches a three-night stay offering for festive moments. Guests are welcomed with a bottle of Champagne, yuletide treats and their own Christmas tree in a one-bedroom or signature suite. Guests of the offer with children can enjoy children’s entertainers like Sharkey & George, who will host activities and crafts on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Mince pies and carrots await for the kids to place on the mantelpiece for Santa and his reindeer. This offer also includes a horse-drawn carriage ride around Mayfair with hot chocolate and marshmallows and a Christmas lunch in Claridge’s Restaurant, French Salon or Drawing Room. Guests of the offer also enjoy English breakfast each morning of the stay, guaranteed 2 p.m. check-out and Christmas morning carols.
Decked-Out Holiday Décor
The hotel’s Christmas tree won’t be the only festive piece adorning Claridge’s. From twinkling lights to wreaths to stockings found throughout the hotel, guests won’t help but feel the holiday spirit in full force.
Claridge’s will feature Christmas Eve, Christmas Day lunch, Christmas Day dinner and New Year’s Eve menus this season. Christmas Eve menu highlights include roasted turkey breast with stuffing and bread sauce; roasted breast of goose with Jerusalem artichokes and pickled blueberries; and salmon en croûte with wild mushrooms and Champagne sauce. And don’t miss out on classic Claridge’s Christmas pudding with brandy Anglaise.
